The spa facilities were a great feature of the hotel, and the location was really convenient - everything we needed was just a short walk away. The staff were also friendly and helpful, which made for a really pleasant stay.

The rooms seemed a bit small and outdated, and the Wi-Fi signal wasn't very strong in some areas. though, the stay was enjoyable and the positive aspects of our experience made up for any minor negatives.

The restaurant served good quality food in large portions and at a 30% discount for customers staying at the hotel. It has a good wine list. The waiters were very friendly and helpful. It's a pity the restaurant lacked atmosphere: we were often the only diners.

Despite explaining on our booking form that we were coming with an infant the room we were first shown too was too small to accommodate the cot we had brought. Our second room was slightly larger and we were assured that it was a quiet room. It wasn'T. Be warned that on Fridays and Saturday nights the hotel has a disco that runs from 9pm till 3am and the sound reverberates throughout the hotel. We had no sleep until 4am.Guests in adjacent hotels must also have suffered.The breakfast was disappointing. No fresh juices, only machine-made coffee, very limited assortment of hot dishes.

No wifi signal in my room only at lobby, halls, and at. My door, but not inside the room, not many TV channels.

The location is convenient with great views of nature. The hotel is down to the small but nice center. The rooms are modern and comfortable. The wellness facilities are great and well-maintained. The indoor pool is excellent.

The restaurant meals are a huge disappointment, with poor-quality food options.

Great hotel in the centre of the city. Very friendly staff, we could use wellness even on a day of check out, great massages (we tried aroma and classic). We found wellness in the hotel on very good level, they have 3 kinds of sauna, whirlpool, nice swimming pool and everything is maintained well. Breakfast buffet didn´t have too wide selection but you can also order from a la card if the choice is not enough. We also had dinner in the hotel and food was really great (we received 30% discount for restaurant at check in and also vouchers for welcome drinks, very nice from the hotel). Bar/club Silver Rock is a part of the hotel building so if you prefer silence, ask for the room on higher floor, overlooking the hill (not the city). We stayed in such room and didn´t hear any noice from the club. Room was small but very cosy and clean (306).

Check out at 10:00am is a bit too early ;-) We were quite in a rush in the morning...

We really enjoyed our stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city, making it easy for us to explore and access all the attractions. The service we received was top-notch, from the room service to the housekeeping, everyone was friendly and attentive.

This hotel was in a great location, very close to the center of the city which was perfect for exploring. The breakfast was adequate, but not a lot of options. The staff was helpful and kind, making the stay enjoyable. The cleanliness was also top-notch, making me feel comfortable during my stay.

This hotel is in the perfect location - right in the center of town and close to everything. The staff are friendly and helpful and the spa services are amazing. The sauna was a favorite of mine and really helped me relax. The rooms were comfortable and clean and I loved the mountain views from my window.

The noise level at night. There was a nearby club that played loud music until the early hours of the morning.
